It can reach more than 85% of the blade length deep into the blade cavity.

  • Excellent ability to overcome obstacles and work flexibly
    The robot is driven by dual imported motors and six-wheel, soft rubber tires and a reasonable center of gravity arrangement. It can climb blades tilted upwards by 30° to the limit. Even on surfaces with large curvature inside the blades, when extreme climbing angles occur, the wheels can also rely on the girders and use one-sided wheels to drive forward. Have the ability to move forward, retreat, turn in place, turn around, and turn while moving. Equipped with two sets of wheels of different sizes, it has excellent obstacle overcoming ability. When the space is small, use six small wheels to travel. When the height is rich, use a combination of small wheels and large wheels to travel.
  • Accurate measurement, worry-free testing
    High-definition cameras are built-in in front and rear of the robot body, with a 10x zoom to view the inside of the blade in high definition. At the same time, two laser lights are installed on the front end of the camera. Using their spacing as a standard, the size and area of the defect in the image are measured through software, thereby achieving accurate measurement of the defect size. Its technical parameters are as follows: 12 million high-definition pixel camera, 10x optical zoom, real-time recording and taking photos 2. When the robot cannot continue traveling, it can also increase the detection length by zooming in on the distant image 3. The camera head can rotate 360° in the axial direction and 220° in the radial direction, and the detection range is fully covered. 4.
